About Shared Agenda

What do we bring to the table? Well, for a start, we’ve got a diverse team of over 30 skilled professionals brimming with energy and ready to get stuck in.

We’re ready and willing to really listen and work together to find a solution to your challenges; whether it’s working out how to better use what you already have, writing that feasibility study or business case, producing an estates or infrastructure strategy, providing project and programme management services or if you just want some friendly advice on where to start.

The healthcare, education and commercial sectors are where we excel with experienced consultants who understand the industry and can navigate you through the complex regulatory, funding and compliance landscapes.

We’re based in Yorkshire but we work nationwide with customers the length and breadth of the country.

Founded in 2012
The start of our journey
Shared Agenda is a consultancy practice on the up. We started out working in the health sector, with our sister company Citycare created as a public private partnership under the NHS’s Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) programme in England in 2004. Since then we’ve worked across all levels of the health sectors, supporting CCG’s and Places, individual GP practices and PCNs, ICBs and Acute Trusts.
Branching out into new sectors
Life beyond LIFT
As the company has grown we’ve branched out into the education and commercial sectors too, supporting Local Authorities, single schools and Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) as well as private sector organisations.
Data Mapping & Visualisation
Introducing Parallel
In the past few years, we’ve been adding more strings to our bow, with our sister company Parallel providing data mapping and visualisation services through interactive maps, data toolkits and software, allowing our customers to make evidence-based decisions based on robust information.

Where culture comes first

As part of the Sewell Group, we’re one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work and a Queen’s Award for Enterprise winners, so it’s clear our people matter to us.

Our team has grown in size recently giving us the strength in depth to work across schemes of all shapes and sizes but we like to think we’ve still retained our friendly, approachable character.

We define our higher purpose as being to leave a positive legacy.  Serving our communities is at the heart of what we do, and we really care about achieving your goals.

We keep four main areas of people, planet, places and performance in balance to help us maintain a sustainable and healthy business.
