Tim Wigglesworth
Hi, I'm Tim!
I've got over 30 years of experience to support our customers in aligning their estate with the services they need to provide, allowing them to focus on their core business.
My work in the public sector provides a strong basis in understanding the challenges faced across customer organisations and the drivers and dynamics at play in decision making.
Outside of work, I'm a trustee with both the Smile Foundation and Hull Kingston Rovers Foundation as well as spending time following my one-eyed racehorse and avidly following Hull KR’s progress.

DAN SIMMONS
Hi I’m Dan,
I joined the team back in 2014 and had the pleasure of working as part of the ambitious team across all areas of capital project delivery, strategic advice and development management. I took the long way round into a career in property, first starting out as an engineering apprentice but along the way developed a passion for property and estates, particularly in delivering development and investment projects.
My role encompasses working on the business as part of the senior leadership team and in the business leading our offer across development and investments. I think I have the best job in the business, leading a team to help clients deliver estates solutions and navigate the complexities of design & construction, land assembly, finance, legals, planning permission and stakeholder management.
Career highlights so far include leading on the Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre, supporting Humber Teaching NHS FT on their aspirations to transform adult inpatient care and the heading up the development team on the Yorkshire Energy Park to name a few.
Outside of work its all about family time and having fun in the outdoors.

Nikola Idle
Hi there, Nikola here.
I joined Shared Agenda in 2018, originally working as a Development Manager but now undertake the role of Director of Consultancy.
Day-to-day this sees me balance working as part of the senior leadership team , overseeing our operations and internal processes, alongside providing critical review and support to our delivery teams on a wide range of projects across the health and education sectors.
I love nothing more than breaking out the flipcharts (or digital equivalent these days) and leading workshops to help our clients think through and find creative solutions to their estate related challenges.
Prior to joining the team I spent over a decade working in Local Government and the Civil Service, mainly as a Project Manager (MAPM). During my time with the Civil Service, I honed my drafting skills, which later led to me becoming our first accredited Better Business Cases Registered Practitioner.
Outside of work I utilise my experience in a couple of voluntary roles, supporting my local primary school as Vice-Chair of Governors and acting as a Multi Academy Trustee slightly further afield
For fun I have spent the last 25 years(!) treading the boards in my local am dram group, with my two children now taking their own starring roles alongside me.

CAROLINE HAVLER
Hello I’m Caroline.
As a long-standing member of the Shared Agenda team I’ve had the pleasure of being part of our growth and development, from when we started as Citycare, the Hull LIFT Company, through to our current business in Shared Agenda.
As Associate Director for our Strategy Advisory services, I lead the delivery of our estate consultancy support services, guiding the team in our work on estate strategies, feasibility studies, options appraisals, business cases and PIDs, amongst other things.
In my 14 years with the business, I previously undertook operational management, centre management and minor works project management roles. I am a chartered surveyor, having spent my working career in property, and before my time at Shared Agenda I worked in public sector regeneration, which is a great basis for now working with our public sector partners.
Partnership working, developing new networks and providing reliable estates advisory services are the areas of my job which I really enjoy.
Away from work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and particularly being outdoors going for walks with our labrador in the countryside and at the beach, which we are lucky to live near.

Claire Harrison
Hiya, thanks for dropping onto my bio.
With over 15 years’ experience in marketing and communications, I work on new projects and business ventures for Shared Agenda and our parent company Sewell Group.
I tupe’d across to the team in 2019 to specifically lead on the securement of outline planning permission for the flagship £200m Yorkshire Energy Park.
In 2021, I was appointed as Chief Executive of our sister company Parallel. Parallel is a specialist technology company that provides mapping, visualisation and analysis tools that help the public sector make decisions about services, estates and budgets. To be given the opportunity to become the CEO of a forward-thinking tech business of this nature with such a powerful set of digital tools at its disposal is a very exciting prospect and one in which I’m already relishing.
Outside of the office I’m a mum of two, and when I get a spare hour I like to pull on my trainers and run (or, more accurately, jog) in the beautiful East Yorkshire countryside.

ISSY WHITELOCK
Hi, I’m Issy.
I joined Shared Agenda in 2017 after graduating from university with a degree in Real Estate.
I have experience working on a wide variety of projects, from conception to completion, including feasibility studies, options appraisals, business cases, estate and infrastructure strategies, just to name a few. Over the years, I have developed significant experience across all aspects of the health sector, as well as local authority and private sector developments.
I really enjoy a challenge and I love working closely with our clients to truly understand their needs. Whether it be hosting workshops to brainstorm and develop ideas together, or engaging with stakeholders, I find working as a team and combining our creative thoughts is the best way to turn concepts into real, deliverable solutions.
Outside of work I love to travel, exploring the UK and beyond. And if I'm not looking for my next trip, I'll probably be on the lookout for my next house reno.

Anna Matta
Hi, I’m Anna. I joined Shared Agenda in January 2021, assuming the role of Consultant. Prior to this, I gained valuable experience across a range of estates-related positions within the NHS.
My responsibilities include assessing and crafting strategic estates solutions for our clients, and I particularly enjoy developing business cases. My philosophy involves questioning conventions, fostering creativity and confronting challenges head-on.
Beyond my consultancy role, you’ll often find me on the sidelines of football pitches or cricket grounds, supporting my children and their teams (perhaps a bit too exuberantly!). When it comes to board games, I’m never one to decline.

I’m a real country girl, so outside of work, I love long walks in the countryside. On a wet day I’ll probably be inside watching Harry Potter!

My name is Michael Boland and I’m a Product Lead for Parallel. To date I have just finished my BSc in Computer Science, with a primary interest in website development.
I have created several websites for university projects, with my dissertation being about the creation of a web app.

I am eager to get stuck into helping the team at Parallel develop new functionality and products. I hope to bring a fresh set of eyes to the team and learn a lot along the way.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our Shepsky Zeus, going on plenty of long walks and adventuring in the outside world.

ACHYUT RATKANTHIWAR
Hey there!
I’m the Data and Information Analyst at Parallel, and I joined this fantastic team March 2023. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in business analytics and decision sciences, I’ve been on quite the tech adventure.
In my previous roles as a software engineer, I’ve crafted some seriously cool projects, including a “navigation and guidance system for visually impaired people.” And guess what? I even had the fantastic opportunity to collaborate with the Government of India on some cutting-edge AI/ML projects.
Now, at Parallel, my role is a delightful blend of data analysis and software development. I lead the charge on data projects and lend my expertise to developing exciting new functionalities and products. My passion for innovation and ideas knows no bounds, and I’m on a mission to help Parallel grow and shine in every way possible!
But don’t think that all I do is work. In my spare time, I lace up my cricket boots and get ready to face any challenge on the field. Fun fact about me: I don’t miss a single cricket match! So, if you need to know anything about any cricket game, I’m your go-to encyclopaedia.
But wait, there’s more! When I’m not cheering for my favourite cricket teams, I’m out exploring the world. Travelling is my ultimate passion, and my dream is to roam the globe, experiencing all those adrenaline-pumping activities that make life worth living.
So, that’s a bit about me – the AI enthusiast with a cricket craze, a data wizard, and a globe-trotting thrill-seeker. Let’s connect and share our passion for data, AI, and of course, cricket!

I was involved right at the start of SHAPE, and I have experience in everything you could think of: from CD-ROMs and interactive kiosks, to data driven web apps and web mapping, specialising in JS, SQL Server, VB, PostGIS and Mapbox!
When not at work, I continue my quest for the optimum combination of drinking coffee and eating cake.

PAUL ROBSON
I’m Paul, and I joined the Shared Agenda team at the beginning of December 2021.
I have worked within the construction industry, since leaving school, for over 20yrs. Starting as a site joiner and progressing through to managerial roles, I have been involved in many different building sectors.
As a Consultant Project Manager, I work mainly on the delivery and operations parts of a schemes lifecycle but do like to get involved with the business development and strategy departments, for upcoming and future projects.
Whilst away from work, I am a keen golfer and even managed to briefly hold a 4 handicap (which isn’t all that bad). I also enjoy lots of walking and exploring the countryside on the weekends with my children, plus keeping fit at the gym and at squash.

As a Consultant Project Manager, I work mainly on the delivery and operations parts of a schemes lifecycle but do like to get involved with the business development and strategy departments, for upcoming and future projects.

I work with the Parallel team to develop our products, processes and people. He’s had 25+ years of experience in software development, project management and technology leadership, so there’s nothing he doesn’t know.
When not at work he can be found dragging his long-suffering wife to freezing cold marshes to do wildlife photography, as a way of escaping his two dogs and the African Grey parrot he inherited.

Hi, I’m Mic! I'm the Contracts Manager here at Shared Agenda.
I joined the Shared Agenda team in October 2023. As a Contract Manager, my work predominantly consists of managing the contracts of tenants within LiftCo Health Centres across Hull, and to ensure that the Health Centres always stay in day one condition.
When I’m not at work, I love going for country walks with my dog, Dave or playing LaCrosse with my friends, which I've played for over 7 years
