Healthcare services have continued to adapt and change to meet the needs of the population since the NHS was created over seventy years ago, and never more so than in the last 18 months in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Shared Agenda team are continuing to use their expertise to support NHS organisations across the country with these changes and the transition to Integrated Care Systems. Through our strategic business case work we’ve been working alongside partners to help shape the future of acute care across the region.
The most recent of these projects is working with the Humber Coast and Vale ICS on the Humber Acute Services programme, which is about designing the future of hospital services that are safe, accessible and meet the needs of local people.
Shared Agenda has been awarded a contract following a national competitive procurement process to provide programme management and business case support to support the review of hospital services in Hull and Scunthorpe and will incorporate a clinically led review along with population needs analysis to shape how services and facilities need to adapt.

Integrated Care Systems are partnerships that bring together providers and commissioners of NHS services across a geographical area with local authorities and other local partners to collectively plan health and care services to meet the needs of their population.
