We bring bags of energy and the right people to achieve your project aspirations.

From business cases to project management, our experienced and friendly team will work with you to achieve your estates goals, aligned to your service direction.

We’re appointed to several national OJEU compliant frameworks too, which means you can appoint us directly, avoiding time consuming and costly procurement processes.

Shared Agenda has also recently acquired specialist data mapping company Parallel Data Intelligence Limited, to provide our customers with robust, evidence-based information for estates and business planning.

Meet Tim Wigglesworth:

Tim draws on over 30 years of experience to support our customers in aligning their estate with the services they need to provide, allowing them to focus on their core business.

His work in the public sector provides a strong basis in understanding the challenges faced across customer organisations and the drivers and dynamics at play in decision making.

Outside of work, Tim is a trustee with both the Smile Foundation and Hull Kingston Rovers Foundation as well as spending time following his one-eyed racehorse and avidly following Hull KR’s progress.

Meet Dan Simmons :

Hi, I’m Dan. I joined the team in 2014 from a background of facilities and project management in health, commercial and industrial sectors.

I’m a chartered surveyor (MIRICS) in project management and I’ve spent my entire career working in estates roles with over 14 years of experience.

Project and development management are my core skill set and my role at Shared Agenda is to guide clients right from the inception of a project all the way through to handing over the keys.

I really enjoy working with diverse teams and leading them to deliver estates solutions that are often a core part of a client’s transformation agenda.

I have a young family so life is always interesting but in-between being a dad I love to get out and put some miles in on a mountain bike.

Meet Nikola Idle:

Hi there, Nikola here.

I joined Shared Agenda in 2018, originally working as a Development Manager but now undertake the role of Director of Consultancy.

Day-to-day this sees me balance working as part of the senior leadership team, overseeing our operations and internal processes, alongside providing critical review and support to our delivery teams on a wide range of projects across the health and education sectors.

I love nothing more than breaking out the flipcharts (or digital equivalent these days) and leading workshops to help our clients think through and find creative solutions to their estate related challenges.

Prior to joining the team I spent over a decade working in Local Government and the Civil Service, mainly as a Project Manager (MAPM). During my time with the Civil Service, I honed my drafting skills, which later led to me becoming our first accredited Better Business Cases Registered Practitioner.

I’m keen about using my experience outside of work so I volunteer as Vice Chair of Governors at my local school and as a Multi Academy Trustee slightly further afield.

For fun I have spent the last 25 years(!) treading the boards in my local am dram group, with my two children now taking their own starring roles alongside me.

Meet Caroline Havler:

Hi I’m Caroline.

As a long-standing member of the Shared Agenda team I’ve had the pleasure of being part of our growth and development, from when we started out as Citycare, the Hull LIFT Company, right through to our current business in Shared Agenda.

I work as part of our Strategy Team, providing a range of estates support services to our partners. Previously in my 12+ years with the business, I’ve undertaken different roles, such as operational management, centre management and minor works project management. Before my time at Shared Agenda, I worked in public sector regeneration, which is a great basis for working with our current public sector partners.

I enjoy working jointly with our customers, often as extended members of their teams to deliver various estates services, such as estate strategies, feasibility studies, options appraisals, business cases and PIDs, amongst other things.

Team working is something I particularly enjoy, and I am involved in mentoring some of our graduate consultants, as well as the wider Strategy Team. Being part of a like-minded group of people helps in our solution focused approach, in delivering the best services for our partners.

Building new relationships and developing services required by our customers is one of my favourite parts of the job, especially when I get to go out and about to see people.

At home I have a son, a hubby and my treasured Labrador. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends outdoors in the countryside and at the beach, which we are lucky to live near.

Meet Claire Harrison:

Hiya, thanks for dropping onto my bio.

With over 15 years’ experience in marketing and communications, I work on new projects and business ventures for Shared Agenda and our parent company Sewell Group.

I tupe’d across to the team in 2019 to specifically lead on the securement of outline planning permission for the flagship £200m Yorkshire Energy Park.

In 2021, I was appointed as Chief Executive of our sister company Parallel. Parallel is a specialist technology company that provides mapping, visualisation and analysis tools that help the public sector make decisions about services, estates and budgets. To be given the opportunity to become the CEO of a forward-thinking tech business of this nature with such a powerful set of digital tools at its disposal is a very exciting prospect and one in which I’m already relishing.

Find out more about Parallel here.

Outside of the office I’m a mum of two, and when I get a spare hour I like to pull on my trainers and run (or, more accurately, jog) in the beautiful East Yorkshire countryside.

Meet Nadine Christopher:

Hi I’m Nadine. I work for Parallel, which provides geographical data mapping and visualisation to support public sector organisations with strategic estates decisions and service planning. As Parallel’s Business Manager, I keep everything running smoothly, focusing on business operations, customer relationships and new business development.

Before joining Parallel, I worked for Shared Agenda for over 10 years as a project and commercial manager with a background in data and analytics, providing project support on public sector estates consultancy projects.

Outside of work, my favourite thing in the world is to visit new places with my two little girls, and I’m in my element at a 90s silent disco!

Meet Jonathan Ramsey:

Hi I’m Jon, I have over 14 years’ experience in complex estates, projects and developments working for both private and public sector clients.

I lead the Project Management team alongside Jordan, with my focus and areas of expertise being our health projects and the commercial side of management. We have a really strong PM team with lots of energy and experience across multiple areas, and I really enjoy working with them and seeing them successfully deliver their projects.

Using my experience, I work across a range of projects from inception to completion making sure our clients are happy. I really enjoy working with our clients and project stakeholders and helping them achieve their desired outcomes whether this be through a well-managed and delivered refurbishment, completion of a feasibility study, development of a design, contract management or management and completion of critical maintenance and compliance works. Ultimately seeing the finished product and always having that in mind is one of the best bits of my job!

Outside of work I enjoy spending quality time with my little girl and wife, I enjoy the outdoors, rock climbing and golf (fair weather only!)

Meet Lucy Hartshorne:

My responsibilities include assessing and crafting strategic estates solutions for our clients, and I particularly enjoy developing business cases. My philosophy involves questioning conventions, fostering creativity and confronting challenges head-on.

Beyond my consultancy role, you’ll often find me on the sidelines of football pitches or cricket grounds, supporting my children and their teams (perhaps a bit too exuberantly!).

When it comes to board games, I’m always up for a challenge and never one to decline.

To date I have just finished my BSc in Computer Science, with a primary interest in website development.

The web app which I developed is called Steam Player Investigation. It was developed to identify if an inputted player of the popular gaming platform Steam has any account bans or if the account might not be genuine.

I am eager to get stuck into helping the team at Parallel develop new functionality and products. I hope to bring a fresh set of eyes to the team and learn a lot along the way.

Hey there!

I’m the Data and Information Analyst at Parallel, and I joined this fantastic team March 2023. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in business analytics and decision sciences, I’ve been on quite the tech adventure.

In my previous roles as a software engineer, I’ve crafted some seriously cool projects, including a “navigation and guidance system for visually impaired people.” And guess what? I even had the fantastic opportunity to collaborate with the Government of India on some cutting-edge AI/ML projects.

Now, at Parallel, my role is a delightful blend of data analysis and software development. I lead the charge on data projects and lend my expertise to developing exciting new functionalities and products. My passion for innovation and ideas knows no bounds, and I’m on a mission to help Parallel grow and shine in every way possible!

But don’t think that all I do is work. In my spare time, I lace up my cricket boots and get ready to face any challenge on the field. Fun fact about me: I don’t miss a single cricket match! So, if you need to know anything about any cricket game, I’m your go-to encyclopaedia.

But wait, there’s more! When I’m not cheering for my favourite cricket teams, I’m out exploring the world. Travelling is my ultimate passion, and my dream is to roam the globe, experiencing all those adrenaline-pumping activities that make life worth living.

So, that’s a bit about me – the AI enthusiast with a cricket craze, a data wizard, and a globe-trotting thrill-seeker. Let’s connect and share our passion for data, AI, and of course, cricket!
