Shared Agenda has grown its team of expert consultants over the last decade leading strategic business case work, estates advice, project management and developments for a range of clients.
From its roots in East Yorkshire, the business now works with high-profile public sector clients in health and education across the country.
Shared Agenda now has 70% of its team qualified to the Better Business Cases™ Practitioner* standard to allow them to help public sector organisations prepare sound and effective business cases for key strategic projects.
Through its sister company, Parallel Data Intelligence, the team have even more insight at their fingertips, allowing them to support decision making across estates and service challenges that their clients face, with future proofing, efficiency planning and decarbonisation becoming more and more important.

One of the first graduates recruited at Shared Agenda has now been recognised as one of the top talents in the region through the Top 30 Under 30 Awards. Issy Whitelock, who joined as a graduate in 2017 has progressed rapidly and now acts as a Consultant, leading on numerous complex projects across the health and education sector.

Off the back of winning a Queen’s Award for Enterprise for Promoting Opportunity as part of the wider Sewell Group, Shared Agenda pledged to continue its investment in graduates, apprentices, trainees, and work experience placements every year.
Latest recruit, Tom Lowe, started his career with Sewell Construction fresh from secondary school as a Management Trainee, before leaving the business to work with a Tier 1 contractor to expand his horizons. Seven years later, he has re-joined the Group as a Project Manager for Shared Agenda. Tom said;
“As I progressed quickly in a national organisation, my values and behaviours remained the same as those which were first introduced to me at Sewell.
“Further into my career, I became much more exposed to client, contract, and project management duties, particularly when leading teams on several NHS projects. It was during this time I realised where I saw my career heading as I loved the client-side role and was able to call upon my former Sewell network to seek an opportunity to come back.
“I soon realised the culture in the group had remained, which was something I really missed! I’m delighted to be back, this time with Shared Agenda who have grown exponentially since I’ve been away. Exciting times ahead!”
