Independent chair

Alan Johnson

Former Health, Education and Home Secretary, Alan Johnson is the Independent Chair of Shared Agenda. Before joining the board, Alan was the Hull West and Hessle MP for 20 years.

Alan applies a hands on approach to his chairmanship, ensuring sound operation of the company.

DAVE LEEDHAM

Dave works on many of Sewell Investment’s cross sector developments and is primarily responsible for all legal, funding and financial aspects of Shared Agenda.

Dave has worked closely with health service providers for the last decade, sitting on various strategic boards and representing the companies at national events. Dave is also a non-executive director of the City Healthcare Partnership CIC.

Jo Barnes

Jo is a Director and Shareholder of Shared Agenda and has almost 30 years’ experience working both within, and with, the public sector across the North of England and Scotland.

Jo established Shared Agenda in 2012 and is now MD of part employee-owned Sewell Estates, a collective of investments, consultancy, construction and facilities management companies and leads their strategic direction, working with customers across the UK.

Paul Sewell

Having taken over at Sewell Group 35 years ago, Paul has grown the reputable building firm into a multi-disciplined group of investments, consultancy, construction and facilities management companies, serving public service partners and blue-chip companies.

Paul brings wider knowledge of the region’s economic direction along with an entrepreneurial flair to the Shared Agenda board.

Tim Wigglesworth

Tim draws on over 30 years of experience to support our customers in aligning their estate with the services they need to provide, allowing them to focus on their core business.

His work in the public sector provides a strong basis in understanding the challenges faced across customer organisations and the drivers and dynamics at play in decision making.
