Health Centre management
Ensuring your tenants are happy is one of the most important parts of estate management.
We’ll liaise with tenants through regular user group meetings, identifying and fixing issues before they become major problems and ensuring all soft FM services are logged and managed effectively.
Booking system provision and management
We have management service agreements in place with 13 LIFT buildings across the Yorkshire region, so we’re highly experienced in making sure the buildings are utilised and run effectively. We oversee both soft and hard FM services, keeping the buildings looking their best, and assuring day one quality.

Part of effectively managing a building is ensuring it is utilised to its full capacity, ensuring all facilities are used appropriately and well.
We can provide you with our own Shared Space booking system, managing the system and ensuring it runs effectively, whilst also managing all bookings requested by service users, both internal and external.
