Jordan joined Shared Agenda after previously working for Sewell Construction in Management Trainee and Assistant Site Manager roles five years ago.

Jordan said: “I left for an opportunity to progress my career. But since I’ve been away, there is nothing like the culture and teamwork we have here and I wanted to get back into that work environment.

“I’ve been back since December and everyone is so welcoming. If it’s possible, it’s even better than I remember.

“We help to lead the graduates and everyone has their own part to play in growing the business. It’s an exciting time to be working as part of the Shared Agenda team.”

It comes as Sewell Estates, of which Shared Agenda is part of, announced it plans to triple recruitment its recruitment of graduates, apprentices and trainees over the next five years in support of local economic recovery following the Covid-19 pandemic.

Nikola Idle, Associate Director at Shared Agenda Shared Agenda, said: “We have constant and welcomed high demand from new and existing customers and we’re always keen to increase our talent pool to continue offering the best services possible.

“Cultural fit is imperative and technical expertise is desired but can be taught as part of our growing team.”
