FRAMEWORK SUCCESS HELPS SIMPLIFY PROCUREMENT OF SHARED AGENDA’S SERVICES

Shared Agenda has been re-appointed to Pagabo’s four-year Professional Services Framework.

The reappointment to the framework, which will commence in April 2020, secures the expanding consultancy an opportunity for providing specialist property advice and operational property management.

The Pagabo framework, allows clients to “direct award” contracts to Shared Agenda, streamlining their procurement processes and saving them money.

The framework, which is open to all public and private sector organisations, envisages that it will facilitate around £500m of projects over the coming three year period.

Shared Agenda will be able to offer the provision of specialist property advice in areas including feasibility studies, business cases, planning advice, strategic property advice, project management, option appraisals and much more through the framework. In addition, they will cover operational property management services for rent reviews, lease renewals, search and acquisitions and many other related services.

Being a supplier as part of the framework will allow Shared Agenda to give organisations like the NHS and Health Service providers, Police, Fire and Rescue, Ambulance Services, Councils, Central Government, Education and Universities, Housing Associations and Charities easy access to procuring their services.

Jo Barnes, managing director of Shared Agenda said: “We’re delighted to have been reappointed to Pagabo’s framework for our assets and estate management services.

“Procurement can be a challenge. It takes a lot of time and is potentially a complicated process for customers.

“Working with Pagabo as a part of their pre-selected framework means that our customers have access to an easy to use procurement method and that they can be confident that they are using a market-tested solutions provider.

“It reinforces our proven quality track record and gives people value for money.

“I understand that there were over 200 applications from consultant organisations this year so we’re absolutely delighted to have been reappointed and very excited to expand our geographic coverage to a number of new areas.”
